For around 200 usd you could get a switch lite which is the best Nintendo handheld to me or the retroid pocket 5 which is fine for emulation and Android gaming ( rp5 has 2nd screen addon for 70usd) seeing as you do have a switch you don't need a stronger chipset for switch emulators.
