Pretty sure reolink is well regarded, unless you are in the ipcamtalk forums... I use Reolink, it is simple but does the job. It is the budget choice really. But if you are going with Blue Iris then you don't really have to limit only to this brand. The best models from this are CX810/CX820 and CX41

Budget build Reolink; their CX410 performs better at night than the CX810. If you have a bit of money to spend, Empire Tech 1.2 CMOS, annke nc800 cameras are a viable option. Reolink is the budget brand, OP. It is likely the cheapest brand that will do the job (decently) if you are from North America or Europe. You can't use color night vision cameras if the area you want surveil doesn't have great lighting all around at night. For color night vision look for CX820, CX81
