I have 5 reolink cameras. One wired (not PoE but using existing doorbell wiring) doorbell camera. 2x cx820, 1x cx810 PoE, and one Elite Pro Floodlight. Despite the comments about RTSP and it being atypical and broken and there being issues, my setup is rock solid. I had Opus rewrite the integrations

I have a Reolink CX810 above the front door. It acts as a doorbell and alerts on phone when package is delivered or someone visits. But if package is very close to the door it cannot see the package. Have a sign smile you’re on cam inside window that’s next to door. Works well enough.

I'm rocking the Reolink cameras and I can't love them enough. I did (2) CX810 and (2) TrackMix PoE and they're spectacular. Definitely prefer the TrackMixes, and even Support has been friendly and helpful when I've been looking for better optimization and settings help! I'm getting notifications and

Here’s what you may need: CX810 or 820. They have decent color night vision. And their own light. Perhaps for use Over front door and back doorDuo Dome 3V over garage.Doorbell cam. Note that except doorbell, other cameras should be high enough to need a ladder to disable or cover them. If you want t

I recently bought heavily into the EUFY ecosystem due to some nefarious on goings around the house, got 3 S3 Pros, E40 S340 and HB3. I returned the 2 S3 Pros and S340, all were not doing what they needed to do and not charging even with external panels. Those 3 cams netted me a 5 cam POE Reolink set

You can use the app. The type of motion detection depends on your camera's capabilities. For example, the Cx810 detects animals, cars, and people, while the doorbell detects ringing and people. The older unit, like E1, only detects motion. The limitation with the app is only one detection rule; you

You need a PoE camera with perimeter protection. If you still want to remain with Reolink, I think there's already a handful that have been updated with that feature and the newer models have that as well. Look for CX820/CX810 (if you have great lighting at night in the whole area), all professional

Condolences for your diagnosis DIY is highly contagious, and for most people, home ownership is terminal A bit off topic but, Reolink with an SD card for zero subscription fees. The CX810, colour at night, is POE and works great with Home Assistant/Frigate... and now, ask your significant other to t
