The POTSie app helps with doing the CHOP protocol, which is an exercise program made for POTS. You can also Google "CHOP protocol POTS" to bring up the PDF (beware, that sucker is huge). I have a "mini exercise bike" aka "under desk pedals" that I use for the cardio part of CHOP (regular exercise bi

Think im going to loose my job
I was diagnosed and this supplement really helps me a lot. I really notice when I don’t take it. I like it better than most other brands bc it’s more natural. It’s a little expensive but the BEST!!! I do 1-2 scoops a day but I think you can have up to 8? https://living.redmond.com/products/re-lyte-h

Any athletes, runners, or weightlifters with POTS? How do you manage post-exercise crashes?
Get more serious about adequate sodium/electrolyte intake throughout the day, especially on days you are exercising. My favorite electrolytes are the Redmond re-lyte, they are a little more affordable than other electrolytes out on the market and they have a variety of flavors and also an unflavored

Another electrolyte question...
I would recommend Re-Lyte. There is no sugar, and a tub is 60 servings for $45. https://redmond.life/products/re-lyte-hydration

Non-Traditional Flavored Hydration Options
Re-lyte from Redmond salt. 800mg of sodium per serving and sweetened with monk fruit. Cost per serving is way less than Gatorade. As a heavy sweater too, this was a game changer.

Keto electrolytes
Re-Lyte is my goto. I usually buy the jars (cheaper that way) but I keep some packets with me for when I’m on the go. https://living.redmond.com/collections/re-lyte-hydration

Is it normal to feel super low energy after reducing carbs?
Mostly the energy issue tends to be due to electrolytes. Check out: https://redmond.life/products/re-lyte-hydration Really quality decent priced. Also any good bouillon will help like BETTER THAN BOUILLON either beef, chicken or veggie. All are great. Especially on low carb diets need more sodium. G

I am going to have to do this the rest of my life
If you don't have the time/patience to make your own mix, you can buy these TRIoral packets that are based on the WHO oral rehydration formula. I buy the 100 packet box. Each serving is 47 cents, and provides 1.7g of sodium. https://www.triselfcare.com/products/oral-rehydration-salts-20-5g-100-sache

Electrolytes recommendation
i like LMNT a lot but so pricey. Relyte has high quality ingredients and is cheaper. https://www.amazon.com/REDMOND-Re-Lyte-Hydration-Electrolyte-Variety/dp/B0D9PB8NGL/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1XVOQKGZWSJW3&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.dTJsCkRISlPBqaQd9dMVU9jL7H0P6sD7B41ju40iwPqK413thEu4rs0QhFypOlt0gJcC4Jzuf6rpJHVJl3lMRRT
