Thinking about getting the ASUS Zephyrus G14 with Intel 386H and 5080, how is this laptop in day to day usage?
Get the g16 varient, the 14inch version has inferior cooling and alot of people are facing daily crashing issues. Ive got last years 2025 g16 with the rtx 5080, ultra 9 285h, 32gb ram and 2tb ssd and its been problem free. Love this laptop, runs everything without hiccups, I use it for running local

My first ever razer laptop
I purchased the 2018 Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model refurbished from Amazon in January 2020, and I use it basically every day, and it's still in good condition today. The ONLY issue I had with the laptop was a bulging battery about 1-2 years after purchase, and I just bought a replacement battery on

Do Not Buy Razer
Hmm, still rocking first gen Razer blade 15 gtx1070 2018, only one time battery replacement after 3 years usage. That was with help CS here on Reddit, got free replacement due bloated battery, outside warranty but maybe also lucky they looked my post about that blade15 launch here.

why is there so much negative discourse around razer
I don't hate Razer at all, but am unlikely to buy another laptop of theirs. Peripherals? Sure, no problem. Those are cheap and easy for them or me to replace in a day or two. Laptop? No, for a couple of reasons. I got a solid 4 years out of a 2021 Blade 15 with a 3070. It was great, but died and the

To Anyone Thinking of Buying a High-End Razer Laptop This Year: RUN. My €4,800 Nightmare.
Razer remains one company from early days of me using their goods where people swear up and down that the product sucks and that I am the few lucky people that had no issues. Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model bought in 2021, works fine to this day with no issues, went through deployments on Navy ships 3

I tried a Razer Blade yesterday for the first time and I'm both impressed and underwhelmed
I opened it up yesterday to clean it off, I didn't see any point of contact between the bottom case and any kind of heatsink. The top case was kinda hot, but it wasn't that bad around the keyboard area, the biggest problem was right over the keyboard, right over the heatsinks. It's seriously hot aft

Razer Blades can be amazing and faultless as well!
My Razer Blade 15 2022 3070Ti 240qz 4K OLED is still going strong as well. I do agree synapse 4 is annoying but yes they will eventually fix it. I don’t think I would have bought any other laptop due to the build and quality. In the future I do plan to get the Blade 16 though. Most of the time I see

Flex Display Ribbon 2026 Model still exposed?
I have a 2018 razer blade 15 advanced model that also has the ribbon cables exposed, had that for 8 years, yes the cable did eventually tear and the razer logo behind the lid no longer works, but the display is still working like it should. Point is dont be too worried about the laptop dieing on you
