Razer Naga tried to burn my house down.

u/jack_ratt Just a heads up, dont get your hopes up that they will solve your issue. They like to reply to reddit threads about issues with this message. I had a razer blade pro 17, the charge port connector on my motherboard started burning and melting while i was using it. I posted on reddit, raze

My first ever razer laptop

I purchased the 2018 Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model refurbished from Amazon in January 2020, and I use it basically every day, and it's still in good condition today. The ONLY issue I had with the laptop was a bulging battery about 1-2 years after purchase, and I just bought a replacement battery on

Do Not Buy Razer

Hmm, still rocking first gen Razer blade 15 gtx1070 2018, only one time battery replacement after 3 years usage. That was with help CS here on Reddit, got free replacement due bloated battery, outside warranty but maybe also lucky they looked my post about that blade15 launch here.

Finally Found the "One"

Razer laptops are notorious for getting really hot during gameplay...I still have my Early 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced (Intel i7 and Rtx 3070) and its still just as hot during normal use (like simply browsing the internet or watching a YouTube video) and during gameplay its way worse (had to buy a

why is there so much negative discourse around razer

I don't hate Razer at all, but am unlikely to buy another laptop of theirs. Peripherals? Sure, no problem. Those are cheap and easy for them or me to replace in a day or two. Laptop? No, for a couple of reasons. I got a solid 4 years out of a 2021 Blade 15 with a 3070. It was great, but died and the

I tried a Razer Blade yesterday for the first time and I'm both impressed and underwhelmed

I opened it up yesterday to clean it off, I didn't see any point of contact between the bottom case and any kind of heatsink. The top case was kinda hot, but it wasn't that bad around the keyboard area, the biggest problem was right over the keyboard, right over the heatsinks. It's seriously hot aft

Replacing a blade battery

Just replaced my spicy pillow battery in a Razer Blade 15 (2021) using a replacement and tools from ifixit. There are videos you can follow for battery installations. It's not a difficult process once you have the right tools. Cost me about $100, and it feels like new again.

Yet another Razer Blade Spicy Pillow

have the 2020 Razer blade 15 advanced, had to change the battery in 2023, same issue. Was so bloated my mouse pad and left and right button stopped working and the keyboard has permanent key colors that cannot change now. Great job on your battery supplier Razer!!

Razer Blade 15. Battery replaced twice, charger once. Both expensive to replace. Fuck Razer forever!
