I like electrolyte drinks, especially target brand strawberry Pedialyte, I can drink the entire container in one day lol. I also like target brand liquid IV or liquid IV but I know it can be kind of expensive. Hint water is also good. Or Gatorade propel water is also good

I've bee drinking Gatorade Propell. It's water with electrolytes that tastes like Kool aid! No sugar is added either.

Have you tried Gatorade Propell? It tastes like Kool aid without the sugar and it has the electrolytes needed and comes in lots of flavors. They even have one that is an immune system booster.
