Bring Gatorade/propel powder sticks if you can and give them to anyone who looks dehydrated. Most people will have water, but some electrolytes could be clutch.

Gatorade Propel. I only drink the lemon flavor, which is sometimes hard to get. I have nearly totally given up Dr Pepper.

I like electrolyte drinks, especially target brand strawberry Pedialyte, I can drink the entire container in one day lol. I also like target brand liquid IV or liquid IV but I know it can be kind of expensive. Hint water is also good. Or Gatorade propel water is also good

I suggest propel immune or powerade zero. Both are zero sugar. Frankly ive always preferred the zero versions of things like powerade gatorade propel, they actually taste liie something.

Be careful with electrolyte products that have a high sodium content. I personally use Propel electrolyte powder packets. The berry flavor is my favorite, but the watermelon is really good too & have less sodium than a lot of other options. I used to drink Liquid IV, but I ended up in the ER passing
