What food or drink substitute has been the most impactful for you personally to save calories?
Gatorade Propel. I only drink the lemon flavor, which is sometimes hard to get. I have nearly totally given up Dr Pepper.

I want to ask for drink recommendations
I like electrolyte drinks, especially target brand strawberry Pedialyte, I can drink the entire container in one day lol. I also like target brand liquid IV or liquid IV but I know it can be kind of expensive. Hint water is also good. Or Gatorade propel water is also good
