Polar Flow app version 7.35.1 for Android

Polar should definitely consider whether their method of transferring data to Polar Flow should be completely changed. The problem occurs from time to time and it seems that only FlowSync can fix it, but Polar intends to discontinue FlowSync. What then? Every now and then I have to resort to FlowSyn

Which Polar Watch to buy in 2025?

i went with the ignite 3. I had a vantage M (1) and didn't use a lot of the "advanced" features (altimeter, advanced tests, extra ram). I do miss the battery life. There are a lot of nice features with the newer polar watches (weather, sunrise/set info), but they sap energy and the bigger batteries

Wow didnt realise how useless this was without a subscription!

Polar Ignite 3 shows those for free. No monthly fee. Syncs with your photo through app. Activities (if you exercise), steps, heart rate, sleep number, sleep time, actual sleep minus interruptions, nightly recharge, boost from sleep, deep sleep, REM, and and body temperature.

Thin and touch screen Polar watch?

I have the Ignite 3, doesn't feel chunky and while not the most advanced Polar watch, I find it has everything I personally want :)

First time running 30min

Thanks! It's the Polar Flow app and it does need a watch as far as I know. I use the Polar Ignite 3, which I'm pretty happy with at the moment. My data also syncs to Strava automatically.

For those who used Polar and now have Coros

I'm not a Coros owner, but I did use Polar products for 6 years since the launch of the Vantage V1. I can confirm that Polar is slow to innovate (they truly aren't in the past 5 years) and their app is so, so incredibly dated. The feature-set they offer is often poor value as the competition will of

Polar fitness watch recommendations for women

I'm a woman with small wrists, and I really like the Polar Ignite 3. It is small, thin front-to-back, and lightweight. I don't need something as dainty as the Garmin Lily 2 - I just need something that doesn't feel big and heavy and clunky. I didn't have a great fit with the Polar Pacer Pro because

Systemic syncing problem with iPhone, what's your solution?

I’ve never had the issue but not recently used a polar watch (had m430, v1, v2). My partner has this syncing issue with ignite 3. She had 2 different iphones during the years using ignite 3, both had same issues. Bluetooth connection works (usually) but syncing won’t finish. Factory reset is the onl

Yay, my polar ignite 3 cant sync anymorr with my phone 😁 tried factory reset on my watch and tried to update the app on my phone and look into bluetooth settings. So now my watch is unusable. Great! I deleted the bluetooth pairing from my phone and from the watch, I am able to create a new pairing,

hey guys, what's the best "bang for your buck" running watch?

I use a Polar Ignite 3. Pretty good. HR monitoring accuracy beats Garmin and others. But you still do need the phone as Polar doesn’t have a Spotify app. Think there are Garmin models that have that.
