Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar (47 mm) or Polar Grit X2?

I had the Fenix 7 Pro and sold it for the Polar Grit X2 Pro. Reason: simplicity. Polar gives me exactly what I need without unnecessary features. The HRV/Orthostatic test with the H10 is accurate and useful for training decisions. With Garmin I always felt overwhelmed by functions I didn’t use. Also

You have to give them credit for that - this slogan is really good.

I was convinced that the loop would be an upgrade/change to my polar grit x, but no spO2 is really disappointing. I feel like most other sensors have that

Amazfit app

I currently own: Amazfit Balance 2 and Helio Strap, Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Polar Grit X Pro, Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Coros Nomad, and a Fitbit Air Feel free to downvote me but Amazfit is my least favorite app out of all of them. It lacks polish, is unintuitive at times, has typos, navigation isn't

Help me choose my first Sportwatch

Two weeks ago, I bought Polar Grit X2 Copper. I upgraded from V800, which I bought used in January. In the last year, I bought H10 (HRM) and Stride Sensor. I considered different brands: Polar, Garmin, Coros, Amazfit, and Suunto. I researched information about their watches, read their subs, and tri

My Suunto Ambit 3 has reachd EOL. And now?

Just switched from Suunto A3P to Polar Grit X2 Pro, also considered M3 but wanted the bigger screen as M3 seemed too small for me. And since Suunto sold their MoveSense business they no longer make HR chest straps, so would seem odd to buy Polar strap but Suunto watch for running. Also like idea of

Garmin vs Suunto

Hah, yeah every sportwatch company has pros and cons, so there is no "correct" answer :) But if I can have my two cents here. First of all I have used all of them, except Coros. I have had sportwatches since 2002, and I worked with polar and suunto in the past. But, I went from polar grit x pro -> s

Polar Vantage M3 vs Garmin Venu 4

Instinct 2 or 3 would be a good way to go Some people have literally run Jeeps over Instincts or thrown them off buildings Have owned Instinct and Instinct 2, they are tanks. Great for martial arts and bouldering, better then the Grit X2 maybe Grit X has some different metrics, kike temperature, and

Question for Sport Person. How well are you satisfied with your Galaxy Watch Heart Rate Data?

I must be one of the lucky ones - I came from a Polar Grit X2 Pro (which had terrible OHR and I had to use a Polar H10 strap) to trying the Galaxy Watch Ultra. For hiking its exactly the same as my H10, and also I did a recent test with my Hammerheard Karoo 2 with the Polar h10 against my Galaxy Ult

Best Polar Watch for my needs?

I have grit x2 pro and love it so much. I test for 2 weeks garmin fenix 7 pro, 8 pro, polar grit x2 and x2 pro for me totally winner! Garmin is cool, if you really pro athletic guy and live in the gym. All metrics and pre calibration feel like that. Also design, I found little bit not fit me at all.

Temperature sensor

Thanks for the insight it's used voor the altitude. Do you have more technical information about barometric altitude sensor? I'm just interested (from a physics and electronic perspective). I had the Polar Grit X. That was onl a barometer. It didn't work quite good after a year or two. I understood
