DC Rainker Review of the T-Rex 3 Pro

He's a Garmin fanboy, so yeah, the watch that people call a "garmin fenix killer" will probably not have a fair review. Ray’s been pretty critical of Garmin lately, but let’s be real — calling this (or the Coros Vertix 2S, or the Polar Grit X2) a “Fenix killer” is pure clickbait. It’s the same as ev

If you looked at Garmin, or Apple/Samsung, what made you stay?

I have expirience with garmin fenix 6, with apple ultra 2. And now I’m tested fenix 7 pro and 8, polar grit x2 and apple ultra 3. I would say Apple is god tier (espesially if you have apple ecosystem). All works good, all on top level. But not fit me good in a matter that I do a lot of hiking and ba

Amazfit app

I currently own: Amazfit Balance 2 and Helio Strap, Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Polar Grit X Pro, Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Coros Nomad, and a Fitbit Air Feel free to downvote me but Amazfit is my least favorite app out of all of them. It lacks polish, is unintuitive at times, has typos, navigation isn't

Help me choose my first Sportwatch

Two weeks ago, I bought Polar Grit X2 Copper. I upgraded from V800, which I bought used in January. In the last year, I bought H10 (HRM) and Stride Sensor. I considered different brands: Polar, Garmin, Coros, Amazfit, and Suunto. I researched information about their watches, read their subs, and tri

Subscription rumours..

I love my Vertical 2. But the simplicity, the design of.. and lot more useful presentation of data on my old Polar Grit X2 Pro keeps teasing me.

Why did you choose Polar? Looking for arguments to stay in the ecosystem before upgrading

A few days ago, I bought Polar Grit X2 Copper during a vacation in Italy for a great price (427 EUR) and also bought Vantage V3 Blue for my friend (382 EUR). My friend, before that, considered buying a Garmin Instinct or Forerunner, but who wants to pay 500 EUR more for just a few small advantages,

Polar Grit X2 or Suunto Race?

If your priority is guidance and long-term progress, go Polar Grit X2. • Coaching built in: FitSpark, Running Program, Cardio Load, Nightly Recharge. It turns data into day-to-day plans and tracks load over time. • Stronger analytics: Polar Flow’s web dashboard is dated visually but excellent for tr

Garmin vs Suunto

Hah, yeah every sportwatch company has pros and cons, so there is no "correct" answer :) But if I can have my two cents here. First of all I have used all of them, except Coros. I have had sportwatches since 2002, and I worked with polar and suunto in the past. But, I went from polar grit x pro -> s

Grit X2 or Fenix 8?

I am the opposite case. I had few Garmin’s over 2 years and used the H10 with Polar Beat. I made a switch and got a Polar Grit X2 and i am very happy with the decision. I prefer the simplicity of the Polar ecosystem rather than the every metric under the sun with Garmin.

How do you do your running workouts?

I have only done the beginner workouts, they are easy enough to program to my Polar Grit X, or just memorize them. I use rpe.
