Which e-ink device should I get?
Check out the Penstar eNote 2. It has one of the crispest B&W screens and everything you need to start is there in the box and you'll have some change left over. Penstar is a relative newcomers and while their notes and reading apps cover the basics and have some nice extras as well, you can see how

Thinking about getting a Penstar eNote 2 š¤
I love my eNote 2! It has really helped me increase my productivity. I also like the button design. I think the multiple button design is kind of brave since most e-ink tablets have abandoned it. The buttons are not gimmicky, but useful, all the button is customizable. The handwriting experience is

Lifecycle of color e ink
I just got a Penstar eNote Pro three months ago, which also has a color eInk display. I haven't had any problems yet, but I'm not sure if the color panel will break. I assume that as long as I don't drop it, it should be fine for a couple of years.

Thinking about getting a Penstar eNote 2 š¤
Used the eNote 2 for a month before switching to the eNote Pro. I loved using the eNote 2, but I need the colour for highlighting and differentiating the colour of my pens. Now, it's my main note-taking device for uni. The lack of touch is because they removed the touch panel to make the screen as t

I think the eNote Pro is great!
You are doing great work. I wish Penstar continued success. You guys have a good mix of compelling products. The software maturity will come with time and updates. And I understand the pricing on the AI might not be optimum and in flux. A subscription model, maybe tiered with various options for min

I bought the Penstar enote pro from amazon canada and so far it looks great. However, I see in some places in UI Chinese language texts popping up. Wondering why even after choosing English as device language. Also, is there any way to change the font face in home screen UI? Thanks!

Tablet recommendations?
For your case, I would suggest the Penstar eNote Pro. My girlfriend has one, and I use it often. I would say it has very good color performance. I use it to read manga a lot. It also has five physical buttons, which I find very useful. The physical buttons make it feel more reliable. And they're all

Note taking Tablet recommendation/advice request
I'm going to go a bit of different route and recommend the Penstar eNote 2 or the eNote Pro. I have the eNote Pro and I love it. It is thin and light and feels premium. The pen is inductive, so you don't have to worry about charging the pen or turning it on and off. It just writes. It has a lot of f

I love eInk surfaces for reading and notetaking
Try to also check Penstar eNote and eNote 2 if it fits your needs. No front light and no touchscreen, just pen input, which makes it have an almost gapless eink screen and paper-like experience. Android as well so you can install sold of apps you need.

I'm interested in getting an e-ink device for drawing, but given the high price point, the fact that some stylus' nibs wear out worry me. Should I worried about it?
You don't have to worry about the nibs or the screen. They are designed for it. It won't wear out quickly. I've had my Penstar eNote 2 for about eight months, and I've only changed one pen nib. It wasn't because the last one was worn out, I just changed the felt nib to a pom nib. It feels different.
