[Advice] Help me to find a device that is good to take notes
It depends on how large of a screen you want. I also need to take notes, and I prefer the 10.3-inch screen because I think it's the perfect size for taking notes. I currently use the Penstar eNote 2 for taking notes. One thing I like is the split-screen feature. I can read documents or books and tak

Device for only reading, highlighting, note taking on PDFs, transferrable to mac
Check out the Penstar eNote 2. It's great for PDFs. I use it for notes and PDFs for work, and I love it. I usually keep a charging cable nearby so I can charge my tablet and transfer files. I like it, and it helps me a lot.

Use in Classroom Instruction College/Grad School
I used to use the ipad and pencil combine for my notes and I gave up very quick because it likes writing in the glass, of course the ipad screen is glass. I even put a paper texture screen protector it still feels bad. So, I end up back to the normal paper notebook. When I graduated and found a job,

Penstar eNote 2 and Pro Writing Feel
You're welcome! I will answer your question below: I think the writing space is good enough. However, I still think the eNote 2 is better for writing. The battery is definitely the best. I think it has the largest battery capacity, around 6,400 or 6,500 mAh. I just forgot lol. I only use the native

Eink device recommendation
I would recommend checking out the Penstar eNote Pro. I bought one for my girlfriend, and she uses it to draw and take notes. I had the black-and-white eNote 2. Sometimes I like to read manga, so I use the Pro for that. It's a color device, and I like its color performance. Also, it has a very stron

Note taking Tablet recommendation/advice request
I'm going to go a bit of different route and recommend the Penstar eNote 2 or the eNote Pro. I have the eNote Pro and I love it. It is thin and light and feels premium. The pen is inductive, so you don't have to worry about charging the pen or turning it on and off. It just writes. It has a lot of f

Construction Superintendent looking for E-Ink Writing Device
I think get a Android base system if you want to use the third party app as your mentioned. reMarkable has a very good writing experience but their Linux system might be a little bit limited. So, Boox, Supernote, Penstar those have the android system is more useful. I personally use Penstar eNote 2,

Why some manufacturers still make b/w readers without front light ?
I actually have one penstar enote without a front light, and honestly- I kinda love it. Without that extra light layer, the text feels closer to the surface and gives more of that true-on-paper vibe when writing. The screen just looks super natural, almost like ti's not even electronic. I use it dai

Good eink device for note taking and reading
I love my Penstar eNote2! The battery lasts for weeks, not days. Writing on it feels great, just like real paper. I think you will like it, but It's not a color screen. It's good enough, simple device for notes and reading. I highly recommend it.

Best e-ink notepad for Obsidian?
Have you gotten one already? A budget option is the Penstar Enote, but the Penstar's next lineup of products looks promising from CES 2025. 10.3 inch, 6000 mah battery, close to paper-like display without front light and non-touch capacitive, all inputs are from your pen only so perfect palm rejecti
