Lumix S9 Long-term Review (2nd Review after 400+ days)
Seriously. The reviews on the camera were devastating. If you consider all the other releases from other camera brands with less features and even higher price tags, it's crazy how much hate lumix gets from creators. I've only done 2 video projects on the S9 and I really liked it too. I didn't know

Nikon Z8 vs Lumix S1R II – Anyone shot both? Which would you choose any why?
I’ve used the Z9 (and Z6III) for professional motorsports and portrait work. I also owned an S1RII for my personal camera that I have now sold and replaced with a Z8. If you are shooting Raw and processing in Lightroom they are a toss-up for colors, noise and dynamic range. Literally so close it wou

Switching to Lumix S1RII (or S1II) for professional photography?
I love the S1RII it was my first flagship lumix camera I came from the S9 and made the full switch. Anyways after using the S1RII for about 4 months now I can say this. First the AF in lowlight is not the best I found my self missing focus on shots. After messing with the AF sensitivity settings it

Colors and Image of the S1II compared to S1H, S1R2 and S5II
I think the S1RII has more lovely colors. However, both the Z8 and Z6III have nicer skin tones (at least when shooting in Prores Raw N-log). You can't get the perfect camera sadly. By exemple, the Z8 is big and the photos from this camera are not as sharp as the S1RII, I don't know why. Same for the

Colors and Image of the S1II compared to S1H, S1R2 and S5II
I made a post very similar some days ago. While I like Prores Raw to finally get the same IQ than the OG S1 and S5, the excellent IBIS, DR and AF, the colors are really not great most of the time SOOC. The greens are unimpressive and unnatural, like you said the sky looks lifeless. But more importan

BMCC6K vs Lumix S1Rii 8k BRAW image?
I have a Pyxis 6K and a S1II (not S1RII). The OLPF really does make the difference. Helps take the edge off the 6K sensor and moire is quite noticeable on the Lumix cameras. S1II / S1RII footage is oversharpen, even the “raw” is quite sharp (but better than H.264). The theory is that Panasonic neede

Canon to Lumix s1rii anyone? How are the colors!
I'm currently using the S1RII and the colors are very, very good. It's like some kind of secret magic sauce as I'd argue the colors are better than the S1II. And I don't think it's just because the sensor is higher MP. As for those providing AF comparisons, but from the S5II, it's not quite the same

Canon to Lumix s1rii anyone? How are the colors!
Colors are stunning. Not totally sure how it compares to Canon but I think they’re probably the two most similar of all the brands. From what I understand, Canon is maaaybe better than lumix generally, but S1RII specifically is extremely good.

Canon to Lumix s1rii anyone? How are the colors!
Colors with the S1RII, especially for video, are SO much better than Canon. I used Canon for almost 25 years, but now switched fully to Lumix and Blackmagic. The S1RII is rumored to use the same sensor as the DJI Ronin 4D 8K. To me, the colors are just as good, if not a little bit better, than the B

Lumix S5ii + Rokinon 35-150 f2-2.8 (ambient light)
I use that lens with my Lumix S1RII since it came out. Beautifull colors, very good AF and nice bokeh. Besidesif that you have 4 lenses (focal distance) in one - 35mm, 50mm, 85-100mm and 150mm. Different styles. I am happy with that lens!
