Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

Yes, I'd replace that grinder for a DF54 or even the Encore ESP. I have a similar OXO conical burr grinder but primarily use it for drip, cold brew, etc. It won't work with unpressurized baskets.

I use that OXO conical for drip and cold brew. Not good for espresso though

I got this Oxo one: https://www.oxo.com/conical-burr-coffee-grinder.html I saw it recommended somewhere as the cheapest conical burr grinder worth getting. Been using it daily for 6 months and I'm happy with it for my pourover and cold brew, so I'd recommend it.

Is the OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder a decent "enough" grinder if I'm only using it for drip and French press?

I'm certainly not an expert, maybe people were just telling me my conical burr wasn't good enough and I conflated that to mean most conical burrs weren't good enough. I have the oxo brew conical burr coffee grinder. Worked great for everything besides espresso. It worked ok with a pressurized basket
