hey hails… you do know.. your oura ring does that already by itself!!! you don’t have to pay for the natural cycle app!!! because my ring has accurately predicted my period the last three months as well! Sorry I’m not paying for another half when my brain can do the same thing!

I’m really liking my Oura ring! I’ve not had it very long, so it’s still adjusting to my body, but it’s been fascinating. I struggle with oral temping, and I work night shift, so a wearable device has been a game changer. It’s a bit pricey, but I like the BBT tracking feature and cycle insights. I i

I only noticed the pattern once I started tracking my period with a wearable device thing (I use an oura ring, factoring in the price, it's good not great). I noticed that it was always round day 18ish I'd be more tired, and day 24ish is when the rsd hits like the Incredible Hulk (I literally give m

Same, I have an Oura ring and it takes my BBT automatically and I do rely on it heavily. I always see my temp drop right before my period so I trust that it’s accurate

Progesterone will not help with ovulation, just inducing a period. 6 months is a long time to wait around in hopes of ovulating. For me, I always found the best combo was OPKs (predicting ovulation) and BBT (

When I started using NC they only offered the thermometer or the oura ring, so I went with oura (which I absolutely love and can’t live without), BUT if I had all the options they offer today, I’d do a garmin watch. I had an Apple Watch (they started working with NC right after the return window for

Do you see yourself using the Oura ring beyond TTC? I had the previous gen and now the newer one, and it’s great. However, I didn’t pay for it myself (used my company’s HSA) and I think if I had to pay out of pocket, I probably wouldn’t have since my Garmin watch already tracks basically everything
