Ring 4

I was about to bite the bullet on Ring Conn 2 as my first venture into smart rings. But now with the Oura 4 release, I’m back to being torn.

Which do you recommend as a better ring & more accurate? The subscription of Oura does not bother me as I’ve been paying FitBit premium subscription for year

I don't have either but have done a little research and from what I can tell Hume focuses on longevity, biological age and recovery trends over time whereas Oura Ring focuses on Sleep quality, HRV and Activity/readiness sores.

While you should use the sizing kit, given that you wore a Colmi already, a size 8 may be right, but a Gen 4 could be a little loose. Sure, I'm just saying Oura has more years adding features to their rings/app. Ringconn has to pick which low hanging fruit to focus on next. Oura has already picked all the low hanging fruit.
