Barely 7 holes into a round of golf, my 3-week old Oura Ring 4 came apart. I tried to make a warranty claim and it was denied, specifically because “damage resulting from physical activities, such as playing golf, is not covered under the warranty policy”.

Seems like a curious statement to make, es

I’d be worried about fraudulent activity. These are not sent out unsolicited. They must be purchased, for $10 (Oura has unique sizing) then returned to get $10 credit towards ring purchase. Yes they reuse them.

I've been digging into this Palantir partnership, and so far I'm seeing only that they are working with Palantir's SaaS for government contractors. It's supposed to be fully isolated. I'd love Oura to be more forthcoming about this integration and what they are doing to protect everyone's data from

Ugh with a ring less than a year old, this is a huge bummer. Oura if you’re lurking here, bad call. Would not renew after this device has run its course because of this.

Just got my Oura Ring 4 for Christmas and love it.

The only thing missing is a convenient travel case for when I am on the road. I created 2 different versions, one that hold just the cradle and the other that has enough room for the charging cable. Both have a snap close lid and contain a pluggab
