I don’t have an oura ring, but with the history you described about anxiety and insomnia, it doesn’t sound like a good fit. I can be obsessive about tracking (learned that while ttc) and I try to stay away from these smart devices

Not a Oura ring. Their insides are a different colour and previous versions had a flat edge on the outside. I have one that looks exactly like this. It was a cheap one I bought from Temu to see if I'd even wear a smart ring.
