Barely 7 holes into a round of golf, my 3-week old Oura Ring 4 came apart. I tried to make a warranty claim and it was denied, specifically because “damage resulting from physical activities, such as playing golf, is not covered under the warranty policy”.

I’d be worried about fraudulent activity. These are not sent out unsolicited. They must be purchased, for $10 (Oura has unique sizing) then returned to get $10 credit towards ring purchase. Yes they reuse them.

Just got my Oura Ring 4 for Christmas and love it.
The only thing missing is a convenient travel case for when I am on the road. I created 2 different versions, one that hold just the cradle and the other that has enough room for the charging cable. Both have a snap close lid and contain a pluggab...
