Pregnancy Thursday - December 04, 2025

5w4d today and wondering how I’m going to cope with the anxiety for the next 7 weeks. I’ve had a steady decline in BBT for the last 5 days to below my baseline. It’s literally a perfect gradient downwards. I know you’re not supposed to track after a positive test but it was linked to my Oura ring. I

After my MC, I ran an experiment and tracked all three- Oura wearable, oral BBT, and vaginal BBT. Vaginal BBT gave by far the best data. Oral was next best, followed by the Oura ring. Sleep deprivation/ inconsistency affected vaginal temps less and the ovulation dates seems to align with my personal

First time temping but my temp is only increased by 0.2 F after ovulation

I have a Garmin watch and an Oura ring, and the watch definitely does not register my temp changes the same way my Oura ring does. So, I agree with the people above that it’s not really that reliable for BBT tracking!

Oura Ring for Period Tracking

Became an aunt a month ago after my sister was only relying on her oura ring for birth control and cycle tracking! Honestly I don’t get the hype with oura rings, I use an Apple Watch and the basic Apple health app. My data isn’t sold, it’s super accurate for period tracking, and I can roughly see wh

3dp5dt and 0 symptoms

I have stopped (kinda). I wear an Oura ring so I switched it to pregnancy mode and now the temps are buried.

Just have to vent — my Oura ring temperature spiked a full degree this morning and I haven’t been able to BD since last Wednesday so I think I’m out this cycle. I’m so sad to say the least and of course my husband says to go with the flow. 😩

Daily Thread #1 - December 05, 2025

The first trimester is the worst for me because of this and analyzing every little thing. I’ve been paying for private scans between scans at my OB office to help deal with the anxiety. I convinced myself at 6 weeks that something was wrong because my oura ring showed my temp had a big drop. Beyond

How to test CM??

I learned sympto thermal, switched to Marquette because it was so overwhelming for me, got too expensive and now I use LH + OURA/natural cycles. I would not trust it without previous knowledge though of temp charting and the rules though. I actually heard that Oura with natural cycles can give jumpy

I did, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are only going to use it for TTC, pregnancy, and PP. It was interesting to see the data during pregnancy. But it wasn't helpful. I didn't think it was worth the price. All it did during pregnancy and postpartum was tell me what I already knew: I slept terrib

Periods so light I'm struggling to track my luteal phase :(

I’m lazy, so I use an oura ring. But I learned how to temp when I was trying for a baby, and did it easily then with just a thermometer and free app fertility friend. I actually still use the app to track, I just use the temp data from oura. Oura’s app itself like uses your temp and algorithm to pre
