I don’t have an oura ring, but with the history you described about anxiety and insomnia, it doesn’t sound like a good fit. I can be obsessive about tracking (learned that while ttc) and I try to stay away from these smart devices

Also a few day/week ago she said before restored she had sleep score in the 60’s. If you didn’t have a oura ring because you hated it then how do you know that you had sleep scores i the 60’s?

I am not a fan. My oura ring tells me my sleep is “good” 90% of the time… it’s not. I’m always exhausted. IH diagnosis. Maybe others have better experiences, but I’ve been underwhelmed with it overall.
