Ok so my oura ring is tripping then. What do you use to track steps?

I used to use an Oura ring for sleep and fitness tracking - as soon as they put MY data behind a subscription paywall I noped out of there. Litter Robot 3 for the win...

It's also extremely inaccurate in tracking steps and heart rate compared to Oura and UltraHuman. The latter is better and also no subscription iirc. Also Samsung Ring only works with Samsung phones, not with all androids or iPhones.

I heard that the Oura ring is not very good for tracking steps/sports and it's better for sleep and health tracking. Also, I use a garmin and per KM i take about 1.4k steps at 5'1

I did, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are only going to use it for TTC, pregnancy, and PP. It was interesting to see the data during pregnancy. But it wasn't helpful. In 9 years, I have had 4 ouras. I had one replaced because it wasn't charging. The one I have now is the 4, and it is missing naps, showing gaps of 4 hours. Thanks i have been thinking about getting a smart ring for years but the oura subscribtion was just putting me off the purchase, i tried the whoop band for 2-3 months but didnt like the fact that i had to pay to use it… Ringconn seems like the best bet for me i know it cant track workouts plus lifti

It’s so awful. Do you take your oura ring off every luteal phase? I was worried taking it off would mess with my data and baselines and things like that.

I use a Garmin. I didn't like how much was pay walked behind the Oura. Also I would highly suggest against the Oura for the practical reason of a watch being adjustable and a ring not being adjustable. I lost my wedding band from losing so much weight post op.
