I quite vaping 2 months and 15 days ago. Daily user, probably about 7 years or so. The nicotine patches are a god send. There are stages which correlate to the strength of the patch (step 1, higher nicotine mg). For the hand/mouth compulsion, you can buy little wooden sticks (mine was called a Lio)

It's also extremely inaccurate in tracking steps and heart rate compared to Oura and UltraHuman. The latter is better and also no subscription iirc. Also Samsung Ring only works with Samsung phones, not with all androids or iPhones.
