100% this. i've got a 3yo and a 1yo and we just use an old osprey daylite backpack i had lying around. it has more support than most 'diaper bags' and the side mesh pockets are actually big enough for the larger munchkin straw cups. the only thing i added was a pack of those cheap clip-on carabiners

I run home because I don’t have a place to shower but I use the osprey daylite, you can definitely run with a lighter laptop but anything heavy gets annoying really quickly.

+1 for osprey. I'm rough on bags and mine has held up really well. You can get $10 off if you can find someone to refer you. I love my tropos. Super comfortable, has a frame to stand up on its own, and a mesh air gap in the back. I'm a hot person so wearing a backpack in summer means a sweaty back,

OneBagTravels on YouTube actually used packing peanuts to measure the volume of the Allpa 28L. He found that it was actually 33L (so more bang for your buck 😉). I really love watching his backpack reviews! I typically prefer 25-30L backpacks, which must have a sternum strap, for 1-2 week vacations.

Just returned from 11 days in Europe with my 8 and 10 year old. They carry their luggage but on days out, I need them to keep walking so they don't carry bags. I used a Uniqlo mini crescent crossbody bag along with the Osprey Daylite tote pack. I used it as a a shoulder bag in most situations, stash

Enjoy my osprey daylite, it is pretty small at only 13L but is what I was looking for in a small daypack. It has a structured back that stays pretty rigid when empty, doesn't have an overbearing number of pockets, nice sternum strap and waist strap, feels like a sturdy material, looks pretty sleek i

Ok, here's my weekend away bag that I am using on a trip right now. Comfortable to carry, and fits under the seat with no issues. Osprey Daylite 26+6. Am happy to post my daily work bag when I return.

for 3-5 lbs you honestly don't need a hip belt at all, and a framed pack like the Sirrus is almost certainly what's causing your pain - the frame and stiff hip belt are designed to transfer 15-30+ lbs to your hips, so with barely anything in it you're just strapping a rigid structure to your body th

You should start with a list of items you want to pack and then consider what volume that would take. Generally you can fairly easily pack a week worth of clothing for non-extreme weather and basic travel necessities in 25l easily. If you know what you are doing. And if you try you can bring that vo

Hi there! I am currently on the road, am 5ft 1 and short torso and am currently traveling with an Osprey daylite 35l for 4 months. I won't be doing any hiking but have been walking with it for about 30mins max at a time and find it quite supportive. Id go with a hip support if you're going to be hik
