I carry on an Osprey Daylite 35L backpack and inside is a Bellroy 6L Venture Sling. It goes under the seat and the backpack goes up and I’ve been asked a time or two to take the backpack down and the “it’s the larger of my two items” works every time.

100% this. i've got a 3yo and a 1yo and we just use an old osprey daylite backpack i had lying around. it has more support than most 'diaper bags' and the side mesh pockets are actually big enough for the larger munchkin straw cups. the only thing i added was a pack of those cheap clip-on carabiners

I run home because I don’t have a place to shower but I use the osprey daylite, you can definitely run with a lighter laptop but anything heavy gets annoying really quickly.

The “bag review” nerds love sh*tting on Osprey when they can. I watched a review on the Daylite 26+6 today and they said to “try these substitutes.” They were 2-3.5x the price! I actually needed a smaller bag than my Farpoint 40 and went with the Daylite 26+6 in black. There’s probably a great $250

Osprey Daylite 26+6 packed for a 3 day trip to Arizona. Budget airlines and the Daylite 26+6 is a match made in heaven 🙌🏻. Plenty of room to spare, no need to expand the bag.

+1 for osprey. I'm rough on bags and mine has held up really well. You can get $10 off if you can find someone to refer you. I love my tropos. Super comfortable, has a frame to stand up on its own, and a mesh air gap in the back. I'm a hot person so wearing a backpack in summer means a sweaty back,

if you want the most budget one just get the quechua one. quechua isnt a top brand but for its price its considered pretty good quality compared to others in the similar price range if you want something that lasts forever get an osprey daylite plus 20L

Osprey Daylite Jr. is only 9l volume, thats a kindergarden backpack. A normal ergobag backpack has 19l volume. Normally the bigger backpacks cost more. I think it mainly a shopping issue. You want something decent for Our children and if you go to school backpack shop the prices there start all at a

Officially, they are part of Osprey's attachment system where you can attach other backpacks (like the Daylite or the Daylite Plus) using their buckles. I've done this on occasion and it works great, though the back does extend out a bit so you have to be careful in crowded places.

OneBagTravels on YouTube actually used packing peanuts to measure the volume of the Allpa 28L. He found that it was actually 33L (so more bang for your buck 😉). I really love watching his backpack reviews! I typically prefer 25-30L backpacks, which must have a sternum strap, for 1-2 week vacations.
