Officially, they are part of Osprey's attachment system where you can attach other backpacks (like the Daylite or the Daylite Plus) using their buckles. I've done this on occasion and it works great, though the back does extend out a bit so you have to be careful in crowded places.

OneBagTravels on YouTube actually used packing peanuts to measure the volume of the Allpa 28L. He found that it was actually 33L (so more bang for your buck 😉). I really love watching his backpack reviews! I typically prefer 25-30L backpacks, which must have a sternum strap, for 1-2 week vacations.

Look at the dimensions compared with the limits set by all the airlines you want to use. So under seat or overhead and which airline? Note the Daylite 35 is 19.3H X 14.6W X 10.2D IN (49H X 37W X 26D CM). That’s a bit too deep and I don’t understand why Osprey made a travel pack like that. There are

I mean, the amount that each of these factors weighs in the decision making is dependent on subjective opinion. If you want an ugly bag thats perfect in every other way please do that! But I dont, or I would get the Osprey Daylite 26 lol

Looking for a durable and spacious everyday/multi-purpose backpack (~30+L) Hi all,I'm in the market for a new backpack for daily and versatile use. I previously had the IKEA Världens 36L, which was a great fit for my needs, but after two years of use, the zippers gave out and the bag is now unusable
