Yeah, no. Unbalanced isn't a thing here. Try a 75-300 mm on an E-M10 Mark II. That's unbalanced. An OM-5 has good ergonomics. I bought my G95 for that reason. Similar in size and handling to the Olympus 5-series.

Looking for advice: upgrade from Olympus E-M10 to OM-3, or just find a new lens when visiting Japan?
The OM-3 is probably the wrong camera. I'd get an OM-5 Mark II and the lens. My suspicion (based on photos) is that the OM-3 has worse ergonomics than your M10.1. Which, I agree, probably needs replacement at this point. My E-M10 Mark II probably could stand replacement at this point.
