E-M5 Mark II or E-M10 Mark IV

Em10iv has better tech and features being the newer body. Em5ii is reddits favorite due to the beefy all metal body that Olympus stopped using. Additionally em5ii is weather proof and em10iv isn’t. Personally I would opt for the em10, if I want weather sealing I would personally go for om5, om1, or

How do you think OM SYSTEM could update their cameras to attract more people?

Just constantly telling everyone that Taylor Swift uses an Olympus E-M10 Mark IV might do the trick all by itself. I own that camera (not because I heard she uses it), and the only significant thing I'd change would be to give it weather sealing. But for most people even that's not really necessary.

Friend recommended an M43 as a solid first camera for me. And while it’s only been a week, I would do unspeakable things if anything ever happened to it [OLYMPUS OM-D E-M10 Mark IV + 12-40mm F2.8 Pro]

OM-D E-M10 MK??

the first E-M10 was released in 2014, it was basically a cheaper version of the E-M5 released in 2012, with some added stuff and some down graded specs. Just like the E-M5, it had a low resolution EVF, and no electronic shutter. Wi-Fi and some computational modes were added (like Live Composite), bu

recommendations for a young teen who wants to learn!

New? E-M10 Mark IV with kit lens. Used, especially for teen girl coming off a phone? E-PL 9 or 10 with Olympus 14-42 EZ lens - great for selfies and easy to carry around. Either camera will take any micro four thirds lens made by Olympus or Panasonic (or other brands); both can be full point-and-sho

Advice requested for Panama rainy season.

Your setup is weather sealed, you should be fine. Just keep the lens on at all times unless in a controlled environment or clear weather. Your oldest's lens is weather sealed, but their camera is not, so it won't matter that the lens is sealed. I don't know how rainy this rainy season is, but if it'

Just got this E-M10 Mark IV! Super beginner here, any tips??

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm f5.0-6.3 IS Lens This lens was just to pricey for me and why i bought the 100-300ii. It was only $325. The 100-400 would have been twice that if not more. With that said I don't think it's too much lens, but it really depends on what you're trying to do. Most of

Which Olympus camera?

EM10 IV owner here.. i would get the om5 ii for 2 reasons alone.. if i was new to the system.. type c and weatherproofing! I prioritized size even though i now realize the 5 and 10 aren’t that far apart.. in hind sight.. om5 might’ve been the better bang for the buck.. buuuut knowing i’d eventually

Olympus EM10 Mark IV with the 40-150mm plastic fantastic.

Let's start saying that I bought the em10 mark IV brand new a couple of years ago as my first ever digital camera (coming from a few years of film photography with an Olympus OM10). I have been VERY lucky because I stead of receiving the 14-42mm kit lens, I received a beautiful 12-45mm f4 pro instea
