I've reset my Tail 2 to the factory settings, tried different cables. Neo chance to open the media files on the SD card with Obsbot Center. I hope one of their reps helps out soon. Cheers!

I do have an issue with the desktop software regarding the portrait and landscape switching. It seems like it doesn't work on desktop. W
