Looking good! I have recently invested in an obsbot tail 2 to help with solo content creation. Its not the easiest to get set up but once it works its so valuable. Camera recommendations for live streaming service?
Not sure why you think PTZ is a non-starter. For a new church in a rented space, I would optimize for convenience and simplicity. Get an OBSBot Tail 2 (not Tail Air). Mount to tripod, give it audio from the sound board. Done. (It can be battery powered, and stream directly to YouTube).
