One step at a time is the best way. I had been running the VM46 for a few seasons. Once I added in the OBSbot tail 2 I started getting connections headaches, dropping the NearStream constantly I found a work around but the Mevo core has had zero issues. You could check obsbot tail 2 cameras. They have NDI and SDI. OBS could be a good start for free. vMix if you need more features in the future.

I think wireless could definitely be an option but you need a good wifi access point as close to the camera's as possible and I'd wire that into your own setup so you have your own lan network. I've reset my Tail 2 to the factory settings, tried different cables. Neo chance to open the media files on the SD card with Obsbot Center. I hope one of their reps helps out soon. Cheers!

I have tried the following: Tail 2 not connected to my phone through the Start app. Turned off Tail 2 through Obsbot center App. Restarted tail 2. Made wired connection between Center app and tail 2. Result, there is a connection. However Obsbot Center shows the Tail 2 is connected to my local wifi
