Best electrolyte powder for running in the heat? Getting overwhelmed by options
I only use LMNT as an anti bonk remedy on long hard rides (4-5 hours). Scratch is my preferred, available on Amazon and their website or REI if you have it. I dislike Nuun and I don’t think LiquidIV is a good sports option personally. You also need be drinking enough actual water without electrolyte
