Please, your best way to stop a cruel run of PVCs (I’m ten hours in now)
Try distraction as best you can. Go run an errand, go for a walk, laugh with a friend (even though you don't feel like laughing), watch a good movie, focus on anything but the rhythm. I know it's easier said than done. Try relaxing all your muscles starting at your temples, your jaw, your tongue, yo

What do you do to stay hydrated?
I downloaded a hydration tracker app to make sure I drink at no less than 64 oz. every day and consistently use it because otherwise I know I would not keep track of that every day and of I did not keep track I would not drink enough every day. For convenience of measurement I usually drink from a c

Trying the Pridgen Protocol
Re hydration: I’m on Nuun sugar free electrolytes. Twice a day. I definitely feel more hydrated. Also a CoRE Mt Sinai rec. otc, not cheap. I have one am, one pm. It’s especially interesting to feel more hydrated when I’ve always been an all day water drinker. I didn’t think feeling more hydrated was

What are your favorite electrolyte tablets/drink mixes?
Mine is Zaca, it's a hydration chewable tablet, rather than effervescent tablet like Nuun. Sugar free, taste is light and good almost like candy (not salty like many others I've tasted).

Prime Hydration Sticks discontinued??
I've never tried prime hydration so I can't compare to the taste but Nuun sport tastes okay to me and is lower on sugar and sodium than the other brands I like the taste of.

6 weeks 4 days pregnant and still not nauseous
My first pregnancy I wasn’t nauseous - I went through all the early symptoms before I knew I was even pregnant (tired, sore boobs, etc) but no nausea at all. I had a perfectly healthy pregnancy with no issues (minimally low iron, but that was it). Only ran into issues during birth (I didn’t know any

Looking for electrolytes that aren’t super sweet
I use Nuun and love them. Liquid IV is WAY too sweet and even diluting doesn't help. And the ones that have the bad, artificial sugar taste there is no way to dilute that out! Nuun has a bunch of different options to choose from like just straight hydration, sport, caffeine, etc. I just go with hydr

sorry i’ve posted loads last question
Hi, harm reduction is important; I’m glad you’re thinking about it. If you look at the r/InterstitialCystitis diet, it’s similar; low acid and pay attention to triggers because people can be different. Coffee, soda, caffeine, cranberry, orange juice, even carbonation has higher acid, some find they

My B6T story...
I appreciate the input so much! Thank you. I have a family history of Type 2 diabetes so I eat nearly sugar free. However, I am aware of the addition of sugar to promote hydration which is how Gatoraid was originally created. I am going to continue to avoid it for now. I am using sugar free NUUN whi

Q: sick kid, ketones- how does the next day feel?
For me the day after high blood sugar /ketones feels like a hangover - headache, groggy. Probably because of the dehydration. The body is flushing out sugar/ketones through urine. Keep him hydrated with electrolytes, Pedialyte, diet soda, and broth are good. I also like these electrolyte tablets cal
