Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?
Yay. I’ve had the 80lb Nuobells for around 4 years and I like them. Super quick adjustments. Can’t drop them though.

Adjustable dumbbell recommendations.
I have Nuobells. They are great, but there is a risk of breaking the internal mechanism if you drop them. I had the Nuobbell 580s first for 6 months and they feel way better than the Rep x Peppins I got afterward. Weight adjustable dumbbells worth it?
If space and budget arent an issue go with fixed. At the end of the day, the best adjustables are all trying to mimic the durability and feel of fixed dumbbells. However, if you want to save space/monies go with adjustables. Powerblocks/reppins are very durable/reliable. The ones that mimic dumbbell

Adjustable DBs

Do all adjustable dumbbells suck, or just the cheap ones?
