Eisenlink DB Shape

If you include a few warm-up sets, the 45 seconds adds up. I got a pair of Snode AD80s and dropped at least ten minutes off my workouts just because of how fast it is to warm up, hit my top sets, and then move to a different exercise. Also, the workouts are far more enjoyable. I probably save enough

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

I would love to have a rack of dumbells. However, with the small footprint these adjustables take up, plus the lower cost of buying a whole set... for me it was an easy choice. Ive had the Snode Ad80s for a year and have zero buyers remorse.

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

I got a set of Snode AD80’s and they are great. I’ve had them for like 3 years. I will say though this year I bought a barbell and 270lbs worth of weight plates for a similar price and I kinda wish I had done those 2 in the opposite order. I don’t even have a rack or squat stand so I’m still pretty

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

Love my Snode AD80’s and micro gainz. Wouldn’t trade them for anything. I like regular dumbbells fine, but for the cost, space, and ease of adjustment, they are just so convenient. Nice handle and dumbbell feel as well.

Adjustable dumbbells for garage gym

Love my Snode AD80’s. Solid feel, like the thick handle. I use microgainz for smaller adjustments. I want no part of a cage.

My Modest Home Gym

Looks great! I had a big gym previously in old place. I found a lot of my equipment was underused and spent more time on planning elaborate workouts, than actually using equipment. My new gym is 10ft x 6ft to share space for the kids play area and have found it’s more than enough. Also highly recomm

Adjustable dumbbells for garage gym

I have owned bowflex years ago, quickdraws and now Repins. The bowflex are not great. The handle sucks and the weights aren't very secute because of the plastic internals. The reviews on Nuobells often fail to mention they are fragile as well. Can't be dropped. Even the new design failed the first d

Adjustable dumbbells. An experienced users opinion.

I’ve had the Snode AD80s for about six months. The only negative thing I have to say about them is the add-on weights they come with for 5lb increments are fucking horrible. Why they didn’t do smaller plates like Microgainz instead of thick-ass pucks I don’t understand. So yeah, if they come out wit

Do all adjustable dumbbells suck, or just the cheap ones?

I owned Powerblocks for over a decade and loved them. I just recently upgraded to Snode AD80s and like them even better
