What felt like an expensive splurge, but is now a total life-changer steal?
Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro. It self grinds, has a built-in tamper, automated frothing. Some of the fully automated ones (push one button and you're done) were almost double the price, so this felt like a good middle ground. The cold pressed espresso option also makes some tasty espresso martinis
