Tamron 35-150mm f/2–2.8 for everyday and travel?
Tl;dr: Tamron 35-150mm f/2–2.8 as a one kind of a lens – everyday and travel, or nah-nah?
I currently use a Nikon Z50 with a not-so-ideal mix of lenses: the kit Z 16-50mm, the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 G2, the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 G2, and the Sigma 150-600mm (both via FTZ). I picked up the full-fram

Back to Nikon! Prepare to see the worst photos taken with a Z8
Nearly 3 years ago I switched to Sony A7iii from a Nikon z50. The reasons were many, but mostly that there were no affordable fast zooms, be it 1st or 3rd party.
Now things have changed, and the Z mount has not only great native glass, but also some of my favorites from E mount. Unfortunately, Son

Which camera should I pick for my first camera?
Hi guys. I’ve been jumping around the bush for months deciding which camera should I choose for my first camera between fujifilm xm5 and Nikon z50 ii.
I am new to camera, but I have some basic understanding of camera.
My goal is to use it for 50% photography and 50% videography. I am not planning

Obsessed after a week 😍
Doesn’t make sense to me why this thing is so fun to shoot with but it really is. I’ve been using a Nikon z50 for a while and also love it but like this new guy for its portability and film sims.

Help me decide: Buy 16–50mm f/2.8 or upgrade to Nikon Z5 II? (Current: Z50 II user)
Hey everyone! I could really use some help deciding my next upgrade move.
I currently own a Nikon Z50 II (about 1 year now) and some extra accessories for DX:
Filters: CPL / ND / Black mist
2x extra batteries
Lenses: TTArtisan 10mm ultrawide + 50-250mm z kit

Z50ii vs Z5ii
No, in normal shooting cases in good lighting with people who know how to use the cameras, you won't be able to know which shots are from either sensor without looking for clues, like resolution, EXIF data etc. Some here will violently disagree with that statement and some "professionals" will tell

An unexpected spectacle over Tromsø- Nikon Z50 and 35mm f/1.8 S
The northern lights caught me off guard the other day, as I wasn’t carrying my tripod and there was some light pollution. Anyways, it was an amazing first-time experience!

Bit the bullet and got the Z 28-400mm!
I have the same setup. While I personally like the shorter zoom range of the Tamron, the Z50 lacking IBIS requires and excellent lens VR and based on what I saw in reviews, the Nikon VR is better than the one in the Tamron - that was essentially what drove me to the Nikon. In all honesty, I would ha

Zoom - what to expect?
Beginner here, my apologies for not even knowing what to ask, but here goes...
Is there a way to tell how much optical zoom (x-times) I'd get out of the larger (50-250mm) lens from the Nikon Z50 II two lens kit?

FTZ adapter lens recommendations
I doubt you'll save much money, thanks to the existence of lenses like the 70-180 f/2.8 and the like. For me, the rubric for adapting a lens to a DX camera is: At least $100 cheaper than getting a native lens (otherwise why get a $300 adapter to make a big unwieldy package) Be size appropriate, as a
