Saatva has one of, if not the, worst warranties in the industry and is a mid grade mattress advertised (heavily) as luxury. Helix is okay but you’re paying a bit for all the online advertising they do. Other brands from the same company (3Z) are a better value. Nectar and Dreamcloud are both low tie

nectar went to the salvation army, which was the only donation center accepting mattresses at the time near me. can't speak to what saatva does with their returns, but I wasn't about to eat nearly $2000 on a mattress that sagged after less than half a year.

The reason you got the best sleep of your life is because you need a new mattress in your home, not because the Nectar is anything special. In all my years working for Nectar and seeing thousands of mattress photos ive rarely seen one sag that quickly especially within just a few months

I had a 15 year old nectar. It had some spots where the topmost fabric was fraying. Their warranty service provided me with a new mattress. I love nectar.
