I contacted nectar directly when I discovered fiberglass shedding from my mattress I bought in 2018. They exchanged it for their newer one that they guarantee has no fiberglass. They gave me new sheets, mattress protector and pillows too.

It just says nectar mattress king. I checked under my bed for something and noticed everything sparkling under there… it was a nightmare. I’m sure I could have pushed for some paid cleaning possibly.. but they handled it quickly

I used to sell mattresses. The Nectar reps told us to be sure to sell mattress protectors because the free ones won't really protect the mattress. We were also told that the free protector does not cover the 365 trial or forever warrranty.
