Why is the Narwal app so bad?

The app does feel a generation behind Roborock, Dreame/MOVA, but I’ve used worse including the iRobot, Shark and Dyson apps. The Flow seems to be a hit for Narwal and they are now the #5 robot manufacturer worldwide, so hopefully that’s something that gets overhauled in 2026.

Should I buy the Flow now, or wait for the rumored Flow Max/Ultra?

Someone from China can probably speak to this with more history. From what I've seen, the Max loses one of the side brushes, increases vac suction from 22,000 to 2500 PA, adds auto soap dosing, adds electrolysis, and adds UV. For me personally, that isn't an upgrade that would tempt me to wait. I do

Who is really happy with their Narwal Flow ?

I've been with them since the T10 released and have purchased several robots before and after discovering Narwal.. Narwal is what works best in my home for my need. Custumer Support has always come through and they always find a way to shine. The Flow is great. I wish they wouldn't have removed the

Who is really happy with their Narwal Flow ?

Ecovacs->roborock->Ecovacs&iLife->Dreame->Narwall and so far the Flow compact is my fav. For me it has the best mopping performance, vacuum is great especially with their brush design and a Lab. Carpet detection is a bit lacking and navigation can be fun to watch with a rear mounted lidar causing it

Narwal Flow - Disappointed in Under a Year

Yeah that makes sense. I've owned multiple roborocks, a mova, a eufy, a eureka, two narwals, and now have another eufy on order. I have no brand loyalty. I've never been paid to say anything about these companies. The flow has just been the biggest let down of any of the vacuums I've owned.

A comparison/review of Rockrock Curv 2 Flow, Dreame X60, Narwal Flow 2, Ecovacs X12, Roborock Saros 20 and Mova Mobius 60.

I love this guy’s reviews, but I bought the Narwal Flow 2, anyway. The Roborock model he recommends will probably be best for many. However, we have a golden retriever, so the lack of hair tangling and excellent hair pickup in the Narwal were deciding factors for me. I also loved how quiet it is com

What happens to old models?

The Narwal freo z ultra is an older flagship. I purchased one a few weeks ago for a crazy good deal. They’ve since pulled them from their site but still have a few on Amazon and Best Buy. I’d imagine the flow 1 still has about a year or two before they drop that one as well.

Surprised how good flow is

It's not perfect, but after two failed Eufy S1 Omni Pros and a very very disappointing Switchbot S20 experience, I am absolutely THRILLED with the performance of the Narwal Flow. It surprised me with some of the areas that it was able to clean, to include going under some cabinets that every other v
