I should probably make a post explaining everything in more detail, I just rarely have so many free hours to spend to write it all up. But here are a few short points: If we are talking about absolute best screens where production costs do not matter, like professional reference monitors that cost $

UW or 4k depends on your setup and what it can handle and the games you play, and how much you value the overall longevity of your system vs resolution quality. There's a big gap in how taxing 1440p vs UW 1440P vs 4k is on your system. Burn-in is usually a non-issue for most people if they put any am

Okay so I just bought an msi mpg 341cqpx qd-oled but I cannot for the life of me get nights to look dark at all in 2024. This is all I end up with while running HDR in windows and the sim. Any advice on how to fix this? Otherwise loving the monitor so far, cockpit and city lights seem much more vibr

MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED is honestly my top contender for 1440p if you want all the features and high refresh rate. It’s QD-OLED too, so you’re getting insane colors and contrast. Probably the best all-around monitor for those specs right now.

Dunno what you’re talking about. Just picked up a MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED almost a month ago now. It’s perfect. 10+ hours a day on it. During work hours it’s plugged into an m1 Mac via usbc to DisplayPort. I run it scaled at 75% with high dpi mode. HDR on with expanded brightness options using bette

34” MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED (240 Hz), running on a 7900 XT. In fairness I don't really race on it since I use VR, but I'll chime in anyway since I like it as a general gaming monitor. Granted, you can save some money if you don't care for the OLED blacks
