So annoying to switch on and off. msi mpg 341cqpx for 6-8 months now. Everything blasted. HDR always on. HDR up scaling on when using it with my mac (better display) My only complaint is lack of brightness for work on a mac and better display solved that. Windows handles hdr better. Sure you can bab

The question of 1440p vs 4k mostly comes down to longevity and the types of games you play, 4k will come with a big hit to performance and you'll have to upgrade your system on a quicker time frame than with 1440p, but if you play less intensive games then it's an easier pick. MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED is honestly my top contender for 1440p if you want all the features and high refresh rate. It’s QD-OLED too, so you’re getting insane colors and contrast. Probably the best all-around monitor for those specs right now.

Nice picks, both are top tier. From what I've read, the MSI one tends to be a bit brighter in HDR, especially with its 'QD-OLED' panel. The Alienware has that glossy coating which makes colors pop more, but some find it reflective. Honestly, i'd probably go with the MSI MPG 341CQPX for the extra bri

Dunno what you’re talking about. Just picked up a MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED almost a month ago now. It’s perfect. 10+ hours a day on it. During work hours it’s plugged into an m1 Mac via usbc to DisplayPort. I run it scaled at 75% with high dpi mode. HDR on with expanded brightness options using bette

Hi, I'm in PC monitors from 1980 a bit old or too old. CRT, LCD, LED, Plasma even as monitor, Oled. The best fluid motion by far Plasma (Pioneer PDP5090LX even at 60Hz). Now i have 4 monitors, a LG 27" IPS 17 years old (when i make photo editing), a Benq 24" 10 years old (IPS 3D gaming monitor), an
