AMD’s Jack Huynh on RDNA 3.5 FSR 4.1 support: “I did not say it’s coming”

It makes ALL Intel handhelds more appealing, even old ones. Even the ancient MSI Claw A1M (Intel's first PC handheld) received Xess 3.0 and 3-4x Multi Frame Gen support which basically doubled/tripled framerates. While today's Claw 8AI+ achieves double the framerates as the Z2 Extreme with Multi Fra

Lenovo“There are no further updates for the graphics card driver of theLegion Go 1.”

Yeah, with my two MSI Claw A1M and AI+, you just need to download the drivers from the Intel website. And every month there are new ones to optimize the games that come out. And recently XeSS 3.0. It's really excellent.

MSI Claw A1M worth it in 2025?

Claw a1m is much better now, intel drivers are better now , it has a better cpu , it just need manual optimization, without optimization, the gpu only uses 8 to 10 watts even plugged in with performance power plan , but after optimization it can reach 15-20 watts , yeh some older games will not work

Minecraft: Vulkan vs OpenGL B580

I’m surprised, I remembered OGL support on Intel graphics being super behind. Last time I tried Minecraft on my Msi claw A1M, I needed the vulkan mod to hit way more than 70 fps without any shader and with sodium + the other optimizing mods.

Is Xbox Ally X reliable for sleep/wake from Hibernate ? Came from Msi Claw

Yes, I came from an MSI Claw A1M too, and the Xbox Ally X just works on everything. MSI is useless at fixing these things, or probably other handhelds too, as I had an Onexplayer and an Aokzoe before this. I guess being partners with Microsoft has its perks with Windows.

BC250 alternatives? Why not use OG PS5?

Thing is that $250 gets you the BC-250 mobo. You need PSU, cooling, and maybe a case (3D printed or similar). It takes DIY to the next level, and is basically only for people whose time isn't worth money. MSI Claw A1M went to $350 a couple of times, if you are ok with 16 GB shared memory and trading
