Tried ROG XAX and MSI Claw 8AI+ both, thought the performance and screen is superb, the rest is a downer (loosy Sticks, D-Pad, Vibration). On the other side the ROG XAX was great, but the screen just too small. I guess i'm waiting for the next handheld with Intel panther lake then.

The hate is beyond logic... XAX has the same specs with MSI claw 8 but with AI variant of the chip that will have auto sr and a smaller screen and in Europe it costs 150€ less and more than 400€(!!!) less than legion go 2. Yes it has the inferior screen but its way cheaper than all other handhelds.

I'll accept the downvotes OP because this is essentially the MSI Claw 8AI sub. The objective answer is that the A8 is more ergonomic, whatever your hand shape or size. It is both lighter and has actual grips to hold onto it.

Ergonomics. So far I’ve tried a legion go, MSI Claw 8ai but nothing can beat this thing. Can’t imagine using the legion go 2 being heavier.

whats funny is the touch pads are one of the things most handheld pc owners love and want on all of them. many refuse to use the others that run windows (rog ally, msi claw) because its an inferior OS to steam and requires a lot of desktop work. steam deck has them set up perfectly for desktop work
