In this built-in implementation you cannot select countries. 🥲 I understand that it is free. But without country switching it is really a very limited VPN. They could have integrated the full Mozilla VPN that comes with country selection, and maybe with a 20GB free tier?

Mozilla VPN is reasonably priced, easy to use, and reputable. (Firefox is great, too, especially considering Chrome's privacy issues.)

I'd like to know what this means for the DNS settings like DoH. I'd also like an easy way for this and the regular Mozilla VPN extension to allow me to customize the DNS of it a lot easier as I run unbound on opnsense. Yeah Mozilla vpn is basically WireGuard wrapped in a minimal GUI. Works okay on windows but their Linux implementation is barebones. On the replacement side I’ve been running Windscribe on Mint for over a year. It autostarts, reconnects if the connection drops, and the command line app is surprising

I use Mozilla VPN. I think they use the mullvad technology and infrastructure but you also support the development of Firefox with your payments. The app is dead simple and the connections are stable and fast.
