I have 10TB worth of torrents, unlimited gigabit fiber internet and Surfshark VPN. How do I seed more?

Get proton, pia, airvpn, torguard or any other vpn that allows port forwarding. This is your limiting factor. Also look how to bind the vpn interface to qbittorrent from advanced settings.

Help: What is the Best VPN for torrenting, I'm currently using AirVPN

Don’t move from AirVpn. I use them because of their very strict no logging policy. They came into existence because of other vpn vendors claiming to have limited logs, but always ended up having them when a court tells them to produce. As far as I know airvpn explicitly does not have logs so can nev

Mllvad doesn't support port forwarding so an option that does is an improvement. For me it comes down to AirVPN or Proton, each with an advantage over the other. AirVPN has a stable port, whereas Proton the port changes every time it reconnects so you need to change it in qBittorrent (there is a scr

Seeding without a VPN

Or just use ProtonVPN or AirVPN which have port forwarding built in their client. This will skyrocket your up and downs

Out of my depth: Can Tailscale encrypt my traffic so my ISP can't see?

No, is not gonna help with your use case I suggest to do a couple of research in regards of gluetun + a strong and fast-moving stream of water (from Oxford Dictionary) and a port-forwarding friendly VPN of your choice (ProtonVPN? AirVPN?)
