I have 10TB worth of torrents, unlimited gigabit fiber internet and Surfshark VPN. How do I seed more?
Get proton, pia, airvpn, torguard or any other vpn that allows port forwarding. This is your limiting factor. Also look how to bind the vpn interface to qbittorrent from advanced settings.

My ISP uses CGNAT and torrents just don't download at all — any advice?
You could use a VPN that supports port forwarding, like AirVPN or Proton. That'll get around the CGNAT. You should use a VPN for torrents anyway.
