I bought a MINISFORUM UM880 and got the bare bones version and added my own M.2 drives and RAM. But that was back when it was actually cheaper to buy RAM and Hard Drives So I have dual 2TB drives and 96GB of RAM in it. On the plus side, I can run BG3 on the highest graphics settings no problem.
