You should compare- Mac Studio/MINISFORUM MS-S1 Max if you want to run larger models but have less token per second- 5090 will run smaller model but will give you very high token per second.- I would get Radeon Pro 48 only if you are sure you need

The VRAM doesn't really matter for FPS, just as long as you have enough of it. I have my Minisforum MS-S1 Max set to 96GB VRAM for AI LLM use, but the performance/FPS in Counter Strike is exactly the same as if I had the VRAM set to 8GB.
