I already had grinders, Niche Zero and a Mahlkonig x54 - combined the grinder set up was good. But I’m itching for a new one either a Mahlkonig E64 or a Mazzer

Light roasted beans are very hard and not all grinders are fully capable to grind them for espressos. This is one of the reasons why I stopped using my Breville Barista Touch’s internal grinder and use a Mahlkonig X54. Grinding them coarser might solve your issue, but it may also mean that you won’t

Eureka Mignon Silenzio or Zero, Ceado C5, Mahlkonig X54, if you want long-term reliability and service ability, not to mention great grind quality, go with a legacy brand. All these new Chinese made grinders are slick, have cool features and can be well made. But, they've only been around ~3-5 years
