Coffee Grinder / Setup for Michelin * Restaurant

Best to invest in a commercial grinder. If you plan to just brew batch brews (which is weird way for a Michelin restaurant) best to get single dose grinder like the Mahlkonig SD64 or if the budget is forgiving, an EK43. The Mahlkonig X54 is okay but I believe it is best as an espresso grinder? I kno

In love with my new grinder ❤️

Thanks for the detailed reply! I have a Mahlkonig X54 paired to my Micra and I’ve been pretty underwhelmed (performance and build quality), sounds like this is in another league though

Eureka Mignon Specialita horrible experience

I‘m in the market for a new grinder. I’ve been researching and researching. They all have pros and cons and see many different opinions. I just wish I could see them in person to make up my own mind. I’ve looked at the Niche Zero, Eureka Specialita, Mahlkonig X54 and can’t decide. I want something t
